A
complete in-house pre press department, incorporating design,
typesetting, scanning, film output and plate making, is available.
We can manage every aspect from creation of the concept through
to the finished product.
All
plates are precisely calibrated for each of our presses thus
ensuring superb results every time.
Under
our strict Quality Assurance procedures, the checking and
approval processes that are put in place are tailored to the
specific needs of each client. This ensures not only the accuracy
of the end product, but absolute confidence in the entire
process prior to printing.
To
service clients' needs to the highest levels, we provide the
latest Apple Macintosh and IBM installation. Our clients can
provide us with completed art in an electronic format. Data
can be sent directly to us via email.
Our
pre press department staff currently design forms where required.
Our designers have Associate Diplomas in Design & Pre Press,
45 years experience in typesetting, sheet
business forms, continuous business forms, continuous and sheet
cheques, flexography and lithography printing, security documents
and all commercial printing. All operators are experienced with
and utilise the latest versions of software such as Quark XPress,
PageMaker, FreeHand, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
We
maintain a consistant policy of training and keep our people
well skilled in the latest techniques and programs available.
This
is a true in-house facility that provides our clients with
an efficient, cost effective and hassle-free service.
